I have a budgie that sometimes have a one foot stone cold and one feet very, VERY warm. I have searched it up online, but cannot seem to find anything that talks about One foot being cold and one hot. They say my budgie may be over weight--and he is a sorta chubby baby-- but i need to know about one foot being VERY warm and one foot VERY cold. I need to know whats going on with him, because i know it isn't normal.Does anyone have any ideas about whats going on?

A cold foot will usually be due to bad circulation in that leg - a shortage of blood getting to the foot. What it is caused from could be any number of issues, probably best addressed by a vet.
