Has anyone been watching Blood on Channel 5? I can really recommend it. Adrian Dunbar plays the lead character.
I'm really struggling for anything decent to watch so if anyone has any recommendations I'g be very happy. I'm fed up with channel hopping!

I've been catching up on things I recorded over the last 6 months - mostly old sci-fi shows and Top of the Pops. My tivo box is still at 95% though. The only new show I've been watching is Project Blue Book which is also sci-fi.

I love Gogglebox.
I've been watching DEVS on BBC2, was a bit iffy about it at the start, but finding I've got to watch to the end to see what happens.

I can recommend BBC iplayer. If you like crime (which I do) they have a good choice. Wisting was excellent - it's based in Sweden. Taboo looks pretty good if you liked the Peaky Blinders series, (which it puts me in mind of) am due to watch episode 4 tonight. Started watching DEVS but will have to come back to that!
Something completely different was The Split, a lawyer type thing, I loved it! The 'Nest' was good too, about surrogacy, but different!
Peter Kay is good on iplayer for humour. Especially the 'Car Journey'.
I find you have to know the name of what you want, to search it sometimes.

Thanks all
I'm a huuuuge Peaky Blinders fan, can't wait for the next series. I saw Taboo when it was on before, but actually wouldn't mind giving it a second watch. I also watched and loved The Split. I think TV is generally not great at this time of the year, but being unable to go out (much), and all my pursuits and pastimes being cancelled I find I'm either reading or watching TV. I think I'll give The Nest a try. I remember fancying it at the time but didn't watch it as it coincided with something else. I might try Gogglebox too. I've never seen it 'cos it didn't appeal to me, but it seems to be popular. If anyone hasn't seen The Repair Shop, it's pretty good.

I love the Repair Shop too, what a bunch of clever people.
Glad it's got a prime time slot now.

They are so talented at what they do, and it's wonderful to see how happy the people are to see their treasures restored.

I love the repair shop as well, such a diverse lot of talented people. Another good one was/is London Kills. Can't recommend that one enough. Gardening projects are also good to catch up on, especially the one with the Rich brothers. Can't remember what it's called though, something like 'garden makeover'.

I wonder if (some of) the British series are on iView here ... methinks I might have to go looking.

I love that, though I'm not a huge fan of Charlie Dimmock. She gets on my wick!

Yes, couldn't agree more blue48, Charlie Dimmock!! Just love the Rich brothers and their designs. After all they are more professional with their work at the Chelsea Flower show and the like. Think they are brilliant.
