Worried about my budgie's state of health

Hello

I am very worried about my budgie. Until very recently, he was full of energy. He used to fly all over in my apartment and he sang a lot. However, a few days ago, he started to sleep more often, he stopped living his cage and his feathers became more ruffled. I also noticed that there are less feathers around his eyes.

I am very worried about him. I do not know what to do. If someone knows what is the source of this problem or can give me any suggestions, I would be very thankful.

Sleeping more is often a sign of illness. Also his feathers seem strange and straggly.

I'd get him to an avian vet.
