Reading the Invermectin application it says one drop per 60 grams once a week for 3 weeks, hope this helps.

Its looking good, she is getting a little better but I think I will use another dose. It has been one week since first dose. Should I use the medicine now, or wait longer? You need to give three applications in all. The second is given one week after the first, the third is given one week after the second. So three applications, a week apart. Because of how infested she was, you may need to give her another, a fourth, a week after the third if there still seems to be signs that she isn't completely cured.

Can't make anything out in that photo, but if you feel you are seeing repeat signs then start the three-week course again. It was a bad infestation so quite possible that all was not killed off with those first dosings.
