I'm glad he's tried a few more things. I was going to suggest basil. You could try broccoli or dill. My boys like both of those, I think because they are fun to play with and destroy but I think they do eat some too. They won't go anywhere near celery stalk or leaves.

Gotta say never tried dried stuff blue48. However what size of veg are you giving? As could it be the size of the piece that is putting him off? Ive always found if you give them smaller pieces to try it is less daunting for them

We might be turning a corner but I'm not counting my chickens, or indeed budgies, yet. He has had a nibble of this and that though, and I suppose a nibble to a budgie is like a plateful for a hooman

Ive always found if you give them smaller pieces to try it is less daunting for them I've actually found the opposite; they have never showed any interest in small pieces; big chunks have held much more interest. That's why I always suggest trying every way to serve veg up - you never know which way is going to catch the attention of the budgie in question.
