Got a new budgie two days ago, he looks half blue/white and half green/yellow, I think it's so weird (but consider I'm a noob, maybe it's really common ) don't worry about the plastic perch, that's his temporary cage for his quarantine/ to give him time to adapt

Could this be single factor yellow-face? I think there might be a yellow face factor in there, showing that degree of green and blue, but the spangle gene does seem to do this somewhat anyway. I have a spangle hen, very similar, who shows up as seagreen on her belly. By the density of the blue on this boy's back, I think he is more likely to be a golden face cobalt.
