How can I identify my albino budgie's gender?

How old is your bud? I’m no expert but based on the photos I believe you have a boy. The paleness around the nostrils in that lighting is a little confusing (for me at least) but the darker pink-purple color seems to indicate male. Ino boys have smooth pinkish-purple ceres their whole lives and females have creamy tan (sometimes with powder blue) to darker tan and flaky textured ceres when in breeding condition. Females should also have an obvious white ring around each of the nostrils. Definitely wait for a more experienced member to confirm though - I’m just starting to get the hang of it myself

When I enlarge the photo, the area around the nares that you're calling white is coming across very pale pink. That together with the pale purple hue on the rest of the cere says 'male.' A hen at this age would be more pale blue and white.

I don't know it's age, i got it from a pet store :/. Her/His cere is white at the nostrils, below that its really light purple. I was recently getting this nostril color thing mixed up too. Don’t worry, it takes practice! Take a good look in natural light without shadows. A female’s cere will be very white (not pale pink or any other shade of color) around the nostrils. A female can have pale blue around the edge of the cere, but not around the nostrils. A male may have pale pink around the nostrils, and darker pink or more purplish around the edges. If you’re really uncertain, take another photo in natural light, without flash, maybe closer to the window where shadows aren’t falling across the bird. But sure looks male given the current photos. yellowfacedviolet - That’s what I’m seeing too, unless it’s being caused by shadow and our monitors.
