I want to say the blue on the bottom (and possibly the other blue) is/are male, but I am notoriously bad at this so, wait for another opinion.

It's hard to tell from the pictures. Usually the females when young have a blueish cere with white nostril surround. The males have a pink cere. For cross reference I have added a picture of a male and female. The all yellow has a pink cere and is a boy. The other bird with the slight green front is a female with the bluish cere and white nostril surround

Iād wager all three are boys as well. The yellow bird appears to be a recessive pied also, so he will not get a blue cere (or white irises) as an adult - just to hedge any future confusion.
