I wouldn't feed it to my birds because I don't like the artificiality of pellets as opposed to fresh. Budgies don't need the fruits and it is dyed so the birds poops are going to look weird as well.
Seriously, unless your birds were already eating pellets, I doubt they would eat it.

Unless you've experienced "colored" poops, you can only imagine how strange it looks. When I first brought Buddy home he was on a diet of Zupreem Fruity pellets that were orange and green colored. The little guy's poops were bright orange!
