Picture us provided below. I have never seen one like this before. The head is completely yellow and the wings have dark green patches instead of the usual black. Thanks

My guess would be a (? Single factor) grey dark green opaline single factor spangle, if her cheek patches are grey like I think they are.
If her cheek patches are actually blue then I would say olive green opaline single factor spangle.
But that's just my wild guess.

Not wild at all, @sillycat84. I too see silver cheek patches so I go with your first call: Grey Dark Green Opaline SF Spangle.
If her primary tail feathers are also black, that confirms it. If her tail is blue, then her cheek patches are blue and she is the olive version of the mutation.
Regarding SF vs DF Grey, there's no way to know unless and until you breed the bird. Grey is unlike the other color-adding factor, Violet, in that regard.
