@birdlover123 - they are definitely unwell. The cause could be almost anything though... If you give a general antibiotic as some vets who do not specialize in birds might do without testing, it could cause an overgrowth of yeast. If you treat for yeast and it is bacterial, then you are still giving medication where it is not needed and this could make things worse.
When do you think you can get them to the vet? Every day, and even hours could count when it comes to birds... They are probably pretty sick if showing such obvious visual signs.
It’s great that they liked the mint. Do you have fresh (or dried) oregano, fennel, ginger, turmeric, etc.? If they like herbs, there are many that are good for them. Usually in smaller quantities than leafy greens and orange meaty veggies, but at this point giving them anything fresh they will eat could make them more open to trying other new things.
I have a variety of things I grow in my garden that I feed fresh or dried, and also many spices I can’t grow but have in the kitchen for cooking that are budgie safe and I sometimes offer in their pellet mix. They can pick out and eat what they want.
Here’s a partial list of things you can try if they are available to you: raspberry leaves, grape leaves, dandelion, chickweed, celery, parsley, calendula and echinacea leaves, stem and flowers, basil, shiso, fennel, oregano, thyme, mint, rosemary, cooking sage (some varieties of sage are toxic so only use edible sage), whole or cracked black peppercorns (not powder), cinnamon sticks (whole or partially ground but not powder), cayenne pepper (fresh or dried, not powdered), ginger and turmeric (fresh or dried slices, remove the skin), and whole seeds of cumin, fenugreek, celery, poppy, sesame, or seeds of any of the above plants too.

Thanks for this list! Unfortunately, I only have parsley, romaine lettuce, mint and Pak Choy(a malaysian vegetable)available right now.

@birdlover123 - That is okay! Save the list for whenever you go food shopping again. And some of those grow wild where I live, like chickweed and dandelion greens. Just make sure if you harvest wild greens to identify them properly and be sure they were not sprayed with chemicals. Avoid gathering greens within a few meters of the roadside as well. You probably also have other green in Malaysia we cannot find out here - but you can google whether they are budgie safe. Just buy a small amount of a wide variety of greens and orange veggies when you can and have fun trying them out!

@birdlover123
First things first. Vet consultation, followed by anything else, be it exercise, diet, training etc.. Budgies go downhill really quickly. Every moment counts & every life counts. Are they still vomiting? They might be in a lot of pain, if they are having all the symptoms you have already mentioned till now. Mites keep sucking blood slowly from their bodies and its painful. Please don't assume that they'll get better with time...and don't wait for the time when it'll be too late to loose your birds to illnesses
If you are not able to take the birdies to the vet due to covid, could you try finding one who can take up video calls and see how it goes? Something is better than nothing.. If there's a need for a poop sample maybe you could collect and send it via courier or via a delivery boy or anything that could work for you?! Lot of home deliveries and pickups have opened up here due to covid.. Sometimes, even the security guard can do the job, with some decent payments.
Alternatively, we talked about DrPetsApp. Are you able to download it? If so, you can check out this avian vet (they told me he specializes in birds) : Vivek Saroj. I have not used it ever, so I'm not sure about the service. I had just raised a customer support request/feedback to ask queries about selection and identification of avian vet, just in case, for future. I'm not sure if it allows payments outside the country
Check out if video consultation is legal in your country. If so, try finding out contacts of the vet. I recently got a number of an avian vet who takes video consultation for the birdies. That really helps when there are no vets or no avian vets in the city. If it's legal, maybe some vet might be ready to help.. I have convinced a few top notch doctors to perform online consultation for us, humans, during covid, either on whatsapp or any media of video call..and paid via payment softwares available..followed up by samples collected at home by the lab technicians based on the advice.. (my hubby is under a post brain stroke treatment, there was no way we could miss a followup due to covid).
So, please don't give up on finding ways to get them a consultation and sorry about the long post.

I think you have shared this link before.. which I stumbled upon as well. laviary.yolasite.com/our-vets.phpThe first one in the contact list also offers Home calls.. the vet can visit your home to check up on the birdie, if you stay in Kuala Lumpur. If not, try getting in touch on the email or call to request for a tele consultation There are multiple Ask a vet websites too, apart from some online vet consultation from India and other countries. Please check it out & let me know, if you need some help or info regarding that.

Totally agree. The vet, however you can do it, has to be the first thing.
Unless both the buds are now fine?
It’s so easy to jump from thing to thing, we all do it - I definitely do - when trying to sort things. It will be easier for you to concentrate on this if still needed.

Any idea why Biscuit's poo looks like this this morning? He has been preening his vent as I can see his beak is green and he has poo stuck to his vent. Is his poo like that because of the veggies I've been feeding him? Also I use newspaper for my budgies lining so it looks like he pooped on the earth .

I think you need to stop vegetables and see if things return to normal. Otherwise, are they both ok or still sick?

Are they still vomiting? Did they get rid of the mites? Are they puffed up and sleeping on both feet? It would be really helpful for people to provide an opinion if they know the current condition of the birdie Other than that, you could place plain white paper to check the poop precisely.. stop veggies or any fresh food as ffiscool suggested. Could be anything else, if they are still sick. Vent clogging could be due to dehydration too. Do you change water 2 to 3 times a day. If they don't drink enough water, they can be constipated. The water gets quickly bacterial from the birdie saliva when they drink, their dander food etc. If the water isn't clean enough for them to drink, they might try skipping drinking at all. Also, as most of the people pointed out earlier, with dyed pellets, it becomes difficult to check on poop.. I don't like wasting stuff too, but I have discarded things that weren't good for them & came along free or I bought it ignorantly, including seedmixes, toys, perches etc. If it isn't good for my birdie, I wouldn't give that to the garden birdies too.

ffiscool, ok I will stop the veggies and keep feeding them seeds as I usually do. mona, they are not vomiting anymore, but Bluey is still sneezing and Biscuit is not plucking feathers that much. I have ordered SCATT from vetafarm and it should be arriving today. I shall use plain paper to check their poo. I do change water 2 times a day, but I don't see them drinking at all. Maybe they drink water when I am away, I don't go into the room their cage is in much, but I'm planning to set up a camera there so I can see what they are doing. Should I throw away the pellets?

SCATT from vetafarm has arrived, I am not sure how many drops to put because Biscuit is 30g exactly. How many drops should I put?

What do the instructions say? None of us have used it before.
Nvm just looked it up:
Directions: Scaly Face: Apply in a single application 1 to 2 drops depending on the size of the bird (1 drop per 30g body weight) to the bare skin between the shoulders. Treat all birds, re-assess in 21 days and re-treat if necessary. It may take up to six weeks for effects of the treatment to become noticeable.
@birdlover123 - So one drop for each bird. Make sure it gets on the skin not just the feathers. And re-treat again with one drop per bird in 21 days if they still have any signs of mites.

Biscuit regurgitated twice today. Not sure if he's just practicing regurgitating. He leans forward when he poops.
