malenkaya - It does look to me like something is going on. I would think a vet visit is in order, but I’m sure others will respond soon with more advice.

It does look like it might be infected. It also looks like her nostril on that side is a bit gunky, it is possible that she has a sinus infection. Is she rubbing the eye on perches etc a lot? A vet is your best bet but if that isn’t possible for some time there are a couple of things you can try to at least help relieve her symptoms.
For an eye infection, you can bathe the eye using a wet tepid tea bag, it may help flush any foreign body out of the eye itself. If you can get hold of some Golden Eye ointment, this is safe to use on birds. It is a topical antibiotic and will also help soothe any itchiness.
For a sinus infection, you can give her a hot steamy sauna in the bathroom for 10-15minutes at a time. Close the bathroom up and run the shower fully hot it get the room as steamy as possible. If the nostril seems totally clear to you, don’t bother with this; it might just be the photo.
Until you can see a vet the main aim is to soothe the itchiness of the eye so that she doesn’t rub it constantly, which could lead to greater infection and even possibly scratch the eye itself. Good luck!
