Roughly from two months on but the typical blue or brown color will not be developed until later stage. Some breeders claim to sex baby budgies in the nestbox at the age of 7 to 10 days

Female Ino budgies will have the same criteria as normal females. Male Inos will have purple ceres.

Some chicks are obvious from about 2 weeks old but others need to be a bit older. With albinos if the mother is not an ino any albino chicks will be female

It depends on how experienced you are. Some breeders can tell very early, and some can't until the chick is older.

With my first clutch I could tell within about a week after they hatched.
The females both had distinct pale rings around their nostrils, and wider hip bones. The male's cere was a smooth pink/purple color and his hip bones were closer set.

I use a hand held black light & the cere on the males glows pale blue under the light.
