Appears to be a Lutino boy, though a head-on shot of the cere in natural light would help determine gender for sure. Your Lutino also shows some suffusion--the green tints poking through the yellow.

I'll try to get a better pic of the cere and edit this later. What is the suffusion mean?

I'll try to get a better pic of the cere and edit this later. What is the suffusion mean? All Inos--Albinos and Lutinos--are masking a bird of another color and mutation. Albinos mask blue series birds. Lutinos mask green series birds. What sort of green--light, dark, olive-- and what mutation--dominant pied, opaline, spangle etc--might only become known if you breed the bird, or if you know the mutations of the parents.
Sometimes, the masking is not total and the underlying color pokes through. This is called suffusion. You have a Lutino with green suffusion.
The one exception is Lacewing. That is an Albino or Lutino with Cinnamon markings. Cinnamon is the only mutation that Ino does not mask.

Looks like a Lutino male to me, as well.

Haha, I’m glad I am not the only one who thought ino male, wocal. I hadn’t seen an ino with diffusion of the wing markings before though, and I couldn’t tell the eye color at first so was unsure. Violet gave a much better worded explanation of masking and diffusion too. Can you take another photo of the cere in natural light so we can be 100% certain about the gender though? Assuming the breeder didn’t get his birds mixed up about the egg laying.

The suffusion of the wing markings gave me pause too, Morgan, and caused me to consider it being a poorly marked Lacewing. But the white cheek patches indicate otherwise.

Yeah, Sorry everyone. I have really busy Buying birds and setting up my bird room I keep forgetting to take a pic of that guy/possibly girl. The shop I bought it from said he bought it from a breeder who said it had a clutch already with "her" but the shop owner might have mixed this bird up with another one.
