I want to get some new perches and change up the cage a bit, but I'm not really sure how to make it interesting but not over-cluttered/liable to get droppings in bowls or on other perches.
Would everyone mind sharing photos of their cage set ups?
Also, what sorts of things do you cover the cage with during the day to avoid contamination in bowls? Or does that not happen very often?
I'd quite like to be able to attach things to the roof of the cage but they do make quite a mess on the plastic sheet we currently have on it when on their gym, so not sure about attaching cage top perches.

Mine don't hang out much on cage top. I have some bamboo sheets on the cage top and plain white sheets beneath it (just to prevent them on chewing the bamboo sheets from inside the cage..

We've gone back to using the spare tray on top now. Their hang out spots vary a lot.
Maybe we can squeeze in an extra couple of perches either side.
