Love the idea of them trying to nick your salad.
Reminds me of when my dearly departed Monty saw me leave the kitchen with our salads for lunch and tried to land on my plate!
Monty "Surely that's for us?"

Thanks for sharing that TPM.. I'm lazy too to make everything daily and would like to keep some in the refrigerator at least some that lasts a few days..
Glad that your birdies digged right into it..

It's brilliant that they are both getting so brave and it's excellent that they ate their egg.
Criswell was always very interested in what we were eating and we often had to fend him off. He didn't care what was on the plate - if we were eating it he was interested. He did once jump on to my breakfast porridge plate but thankfully I'd eaten most of it and he landed on the empty half of the plate.

I do the same thing and make them work for their treats. They love it and it’s so fun to watch. My pug’s lunchtime kibble goes in a treat ball too and I used to do the same with corn when I had a flock of chickens. I just have one now and she’s pretty old so I tend to spoil her instead for her retirement. Every time I see photos of Tweetie pie and Buddy I adore how well you catch their colours.

I love this! Can you just break a Kevin in two to put the millet inside?

blueelephant I pulled the individual baubles off and shoved them into the largest holes in the Kevin. Of course! I will go and find my common sense. Not sure where I left it 🤣

Both boys were very active today, chasing each other and playing. Tweetie Pie was so full of himself! It just makes me so happy seeing him like that especially when I consider how sick he was with the AGY just a short time ago and I thought I was going to lose him. He still has it but so far we are managing it with his diet.

You’re doing a marvellous job managing his AGY and it’s clear from your photos he’s a happy chappy. They have a wonderful bond. They really do lift our spirits when they’re having so much fun. I’m definitely at my happiest surrounded by my animals.
