As per my opinion (i tend to think ahead of time too), you should just enjoy the time you have with her.. Glad that she is fine right now..
You could face the rest as it comes.. 🧡

Apologies for the poop photo but I just wanted to ask, this really isn’t normal is it?! I did say to the vet and he said he’s not too concerned but they’re literally like the size of a raisin! And obviously the urea is a bit watery too. Just confused why he wouldn’t be concerned about this but maybe it’s because she’s just all round poorly? Every time she poops now I’m still in shock of the size of it when she poops it out bless her. Also, thank you again for everyone’s replies they really help knowing you all understand. I hope to still give Sky the best life until her time comes xx

It does seem large with a lot of white but I don't know what it means except that it looks unusual. Maybe some folks here who've had budgies with lipomas can tell you more about it. Possibly there's nothing to be done about it so that's why the vet wasn't concerned.
Enjoy your time with Sky. Its Mother's Day here in the US. Happy Mother's Day to you and all the budgie moms!

The vet is probably not concerned because despite being large the dropping is well formed, so it doesn't indicate disease.

I’m inclined to agree with Marianne, regarding no disease obvious; I’d also say that the lipoma is probably intruding on her digestive tract, internally, so causing her to pass these bigger poops, rather than the normal, smaller, and more frequent ones. I have seen this with Mango when her lipoma was quite large, and with both Blue and Smudge who both had tumours. Mango’s poops are pretty much normal now as her lipoma is much reduced. Are you using milk thistle or something similar?

Thanks all! Weirdly Sky’s now been having watery and quite bright green poops which then do switch back to her ‘new normal’ large poops. I’ve also noticed her beak has been getting darker at the top just under her cere, maybe that’s her liver? She is on a liver supplement Hezz but I’m not sure if it’s doing anything as she’s started getting these watery and bright green large poops and now her beak is turning dark....?

It might be time to increase her liver supplement dosage; is that an option? Green poops are usually a sign that the bird isn’t eating enough. Bruising marks on beaks and claws is a liver issue sign, so that is all pointing to her liver not coping too well at the moment which is why I am wondering if you are able to increase her supplement dosage.

Hezz this is what I give them sprinkled on their seeds (half a tablet a day), obviously I’m not entirely sure how much they are really taking... what do you think? x www.nutravet.co.uk/nutramed

Is that on instruction from Sky’s vet? Next question - is it soluble? I notice that the instructions re to be taken as a tablet or sprinkled on food (which you are doing). I imagine it would be too big to be swallowed by a wee budgie, so something in their water is the next obvious choice. Are you able to talk to her vet about giving her more of what she is already having, or adding milk thistle drops to her water, explaining about her poops and mentioning the bruising on her beak?
