This is appalling in so many ways. Who would do this? skysmum has given you sound advice. I would add to be sure they are emptying their crops between feedings. Regarding baths, no need to teach. They do it all by themselves...if they care to. But given how young they are, there's a while before they will have any interest in bathing.

I wanna update you guys with my baby budgies. Sadly my blue budgie passed not to long ago, we’re not sure why cause he was eating well the night before he passed and didn’t show any sign of sickness🥺 And now I wanna ask something about my green one. He was doing well up till few days ago. I noticed few changes, one, I feel like his feet are warmer than usual, he didn’t respond to our call sometimes, I think from yesterday I noticed him closing his right eye almost all the time and especially yesterday his eyeball is kinda cloudy. Is he perhaps sick? His feathers kinda look weird to me cause usually it looks “sleek” on his chest I’m confused cause he didn’t seem to lost his appetite so he eats and drink well, no discharge from his eyes or nose, his droppings also looks normal like usual, and he chirps every now and then🥺 This is how he closed his eye. Also I think today it wasnt as cloudy as yesterday.
But like seen on this photo, he could actually open it and he would sometimes.

The eye seems clear and clean in that last photo and perfectly healthy but if you have concerns in the future you can use a tepid wet black tea bag as a compress to give it some relief, or, if you notice any discharge try to get a topical eye cream from your pharmacy. These are safe to use on birds.
