Thank you loz. The green in the magpie's tail is lovely. They are so much more colourful than the black and white they seem to be at first glance. Starlings have the same lovely green/blue tinge to their feathers too.

Pigeons have a similar colour effect on their necks.

I am a bit late to the drawing party, but here is my contribution: Both are inspired by Carl Bovis photos of a one-legged blue tit called Bruiser. I cropped the 2nd photo as it looked like he had a wooden leg. Maybe I should have just put a parrot on his shoulder...
