I can’t see any lumps and part of his tum is shadowed in the photos where he is turned around. If you seriously think there might be a lump, or even have a suspicion, get a hold of him and gently feel around the area. Often lumps can be felt before they can be seen.
Another thing to consider for him and his vomiting is ginger. You may even be able to get turmeric and ginger together in a capsule.

Thank you, Hezz! I think I recall seeing a turmeric-ginger tea but I'll check to make sure it isn't a green or black tea, just herbal and I'll also look for caps. He is drinking the milk thistle water.

Ginger, turmeric and black pepper combination seems to be a popular one, but I’m not sure what the black pepper brings to the table.

After giving them milk thistle in the water for about 3 weeks, Tweetie Pie does seem a bit more active but he's liking the warm weather. He still has his vet appointment for Sept 17. I've put the decision to get a hen on hold for now. Buddy is a fully mature male. He's been trying to do the 'deed' on my finger tips. I put him off my hand and tell him we can't have babies. If I introduce a hen to my boys, I think I know what will happen.

If I introduce a hen to my boys, I think I know what will happen. My personal experience is that whether any mating happens (which doesn’t necessarily lead to eggs) depends on the personality of the hen, more than what the male may wish for. If henny says “no!” That’s the end of the story. If she allows him to mate with her, without a nest box or other nesting material or site, she will most times not start producing eggs. So, while Buddy might be willing, it is very possible that he will get very little say in whether he gets to, or not.

Definitely the hen's decision. Although in my case it's the males who aren't into it. Indie and Pippin will occasionally flirt with Gwen and she's shown her underfluffies to both of them, but they just keep chatting and beak bashing with her until she gets mad at them and chases them off.

I’d agree with the hen having the power in this decision. Jasper does not entertain any of that nonsense whatsoever.

I still have the decision to get a hen on hold. I've been putting milk thistle in their water on the assumption that Tweetie Pie may have a liver issue. His beak and nails are not growing long and I haven't detected a lump in his belly. I have noticed today that he's more vocal and has played with his toys and Buddy - so happy about that and hope it continues!. He still has his vet appointment for Sept 17.
