Hope you have a speedy recovery from your surgery ladybird It's really nice that Barney is moving to a new home, where ever that might be. The thought did cross my mind that he could be a friend for Dexter but that does depend on Dexter's test result. We're getting him tested once school breaks up for the summer. It would be much more fun for Barney to go to live with Marianne Marlow or loz , with a whole flock of friends. |

I think if Dexter gets the all-clear, he could very well do with a Barney friend  But Barney cannot go wrong with BE or Marianne, that's for certain. |

I put it down to observer phenomenon, where the act of observing something changes the outcome. I know it's more usually applied to quantum physics but it seems to apply to budgies, and rabbits and all of the pets I've had. |

Oh the pains of trying to catch a budgie saying something on video. It's like they know. I put it down to observer phenomenon, where the act of observing something changes the outcome. I know it's more usually applied to quantum physics but it seems to apply to budgies, and rabbits and all of the pets I've had. This makes me need to reread the "Rascal Does Not Dream..." series of light novels. They discuss all sorts of interesting phenomena. It's the sort of thing where you just need a camera set up and recording because at some point it will happen. |

Hurray and thank you for picking Barney up, I told you all he was a little beauty. I have spoken to my friend and she is so happy knowing he will go to a good home.
I feel so relieved too, my friend just couldn’t manage him……..but isn’t he a little beauty 💙 ……Go Barney you deserve to be happy 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
