I did separate them female was chasing and hitting him with her beak . Now what ?! Are they going to be 2 lonely birds now.

Allow them to have out of cage time together. They can be separated for feeding times if necessary but otherwise I would allow them to work it out for themselves, if there is no real fighting involved as in feathers flying and blood. I do think you might be mistaking normal budgie behaviour for aggression.

The cage was small for them . The male is very lazy . He look healthy but very shy and quiet. He starts to sing (very beautifully) when he hear water sound . How can i determine his eye sight is ok.

If you think his eyesight is not what it should be, I would suggest you get it properly tested.
