I just found your post Hezz and am so sorry to hear this sad news. Blue-Bird was indeed a gorgeous and brave budgie and I'm glad for you both that you were able to hold him during his last moments. I think you're probably right - all our budgie friends must surely have a big forum reunion when they get to budgie heaven!

Soon after Blue passed away, while he was still in my hands, I said to the boys, "poor Sparky". Drew got an odd look on his face, "I was just thinking that".
