42 days is the right age to shift them to baby flight. Are they able to crack seeds and eating on their own?

Yeah took first 2 chicks out but they haven't even attempted to go near the seed and even though they should be use to my hand they are still freaking out when I put my hand in :/ should I get a male older budgie to put in with them?

They must be stressed but should start eating in few hours. If they don't, you should put the cock with them for a day or two.
