THIS has recently been introduced here for 150 UK Pound, as "Healthier Oil-Free Fryer". Has anyone used it or any other airfryer? Is this any god or just another marketing tactic as normal fryer is around 20 UK Pound only.

A few years back that George Foreman Grill was all the rage. They used to advertise it on late night TV infomercials.

Make those big chunky chips, like potato wedges with the skin still on, and just pan fry them in a little olive oil, then finish them off in the oven - bit of salt, a few spices. Way less calories than deep fried chips, but still yummy.

I do mine in the oven. I use about 5ml extra virgin olive oil. Coat the chips in it then put them in a tray , top of the oven for 40 minutes at gas mark 7.

Also, the smaller chips, like French Fries style, take up way more oil than the bigger chips.
