Thank you Hezz you are so helpful! She isn't a real bad biter (well not with me at all) but with my boyfriend she is, particularly when she goes on his shoulder but thanks for the tips we shall give that a go and I am sure she will behave in no time! He has also taken to putting her back when she gets like it but perhaps the direct approach will have better results. Once again thanks for all your help and look forward to chatting with you again x Putting her back in the cage is a good move too. But try with the other way, as I found ignoring Smudge didn't get me anywhere. I felt she was trying to dominate me the same way she ruled the cage, and I wasn't having any of it. A battle of wills, if you like, lol. (I won! In the end)

Aladdin has power with his bite, when we were first bonding he bit with a purpose. For awhile we wore gloves (which he hated) but then he came around and was sweet. Still he is much rougher with his nibbles than Jasmine who is super gentle and even her angry bites have never hurt.
Aladdin favorite spot to bite when he is not happy is the knuckles, he loves to get a small bit of skin and bite hard. He only does that at night when we stick our hand in the cage to put them on their sleeping perch now.
