Ah thanks so much, I'm at work right now, "working" very hard haha.. thinking about my babies at home.. I really miss them, already I will put up the pics, as soon as they let me take a good pic of them, their so picky hehe.. Just a random question; The one parakeet already likes me (I hope) because he comes out of the cage to be with me, but... The other one (who I THINK is a female, not sure...) *she* mimics "Little Man" and will run away from me, I know she's still not used to me.. but I just wanted to know... Will these parakeets imitate " Little Mans" behavior? Also, should I be worried at the amount of Bonding the assumed *female* and Little man, are having? ... Pretty much little man is OBSESSED with her.. poor little girl haha he keeps *kissing her* (I know regurgitating) but.. every time she goes to eat, he goes to her and bothers her, starts preening her, or wants to feed her himself.. The Birds Exotic said, that he will try and be the father figure for both parakeets because they are so small! Any suggestions? Thanks again everyone, you guys are great !

ahaha WELLL that was in the beginning, I don't know if he would allow me to just hold him like that and if he would stay, but I am slowly gaining his trust... He actually comes out of the cage by himself now (2x already) ahaha he still doesn't want me touching him, but wow what a great improvement from before and thank you, I would love to have a better picture of his face/chest/back because wow he is breath-taking (I know a mommy always thinks their babies are perfect hahaha)

Hi Re the Millet.. Have you tried soaking it overnight in tepid water. drain & hang it in cage. Curiosity may tempt bird to try it....B.J.
