I sprinkle on their soft food 4 to 5 days a week, in a quantity that it does not changes the color or taste of the soft food.

I can't imagine why not, Sydney. I would be interested to hear the answer to that. You would have to check out the list of ingredients to be sure, I suppose.

Garlic has been shown to contain eighteen anti-viral,anti-fungal and anti-bacterial substances. It is a wonderful natural antibiotic which is safe for our budgies. It stimulates the immune system and kills parasites,it can help to eliminate lead, zinc and other toxins from body tissues.Serve in cloves or powder and add to their softfood. A blood purifier and aids circulation and also acts as a deterrent against mites and insects. The birds exclude the smell through their pores and the crawlies cannot tolerate it.Available in powder form for sprinkling on your soft food.A natural de-wormer for worms.

I haven't got the powder. Sometimes I hang a whole clove of peeled fresh garlic from a skewer. Or crush a small piece into a vege salad. I have also been known to 'bruise' a piece and toss it in his water for half a day.
