If an egg doesn't hatch after 21 days of incubation, the chances are very slim after that. Did you mark the eggs? I didnt, to be honest i was that happy to have eggs being laid and with it being my first time i didnt want to disturb her into leaving the nest etc. If i eventually remove the un hatched eggs would she leave the nest or carry on looking after the chick ? I will endevour to get a pic up this morning when i check on her.

You can also mark the eggs in the nest box without touching them.
Remove the eggs once the last one is 21 days old. She would be fine. I sometimes leave the eggs until the hen abandons them. But doing so can also results in egg breaking which will lead to bacteria growth in the nest box.

Ive just been to check on them, one egg has been broken so ive removed it leaving the chick and 3 eggs. The chick is growing v well, the crop is huge....not sure if you can make it out. Im a little concerned its too full....?? Heres a couple of pics, ive cleaned it out a little now.
