The same reason we eat it, it's good for them also helps with mites. So it is for the vampires- lol. Aren't mites blood sucking little horrors! Lol So they are blood suckers. ;D Garlic is good for their immune system as well,I think. Sue

Yeah just springless a bit on top of the seed.if they haven't had it before I would give another dish of seed with no garlic in,just in case they don't like it. Sue
