Opaline is usually avoided, if the breeding is intended for showing It depends on what they are split for as well as what mutation they are. Pairing a good DF Spangle with a good Normal will produce excellent Spangles. If you want to have beautiful budgies, you can go for Rainbows. It is the combination of Opaline, Spangle, Clearwings, Yellow Face or Goldenface etc.
