Frozen Planet is brilliant, I am always amazed by what they manage to catch on film, and as far as the narrative goes it has to be Attenborough, I agree with everyone else there!

Finally watched this yesterday.
Some of the shots were astonishing, it's amazing what they can do with those slow motion camera shots these days.
Has anyone managed to watch it in HD yet?

I have already watched it last night. (Don't ask me how) he he he. Bear seems to be very popular in BBC documentaries. First episode went straight to the bear in first few minutes and I said, oh no, not bear again. But it turned out to be one hell of a program. Some great frozen wildernesses of the Arctic and Antarctic. I would say that yet another nature documentary to remember by David Attenborough .

I have already watched it last night. (Don't ask me how) he he he. Bear seems to be very popular in BBC documentaries. First episode went straight to the bear in first few minutes and I said, oh no, not bear again. But it turned out to be one hell of a program. Some great frozen wildernesses of the Arctic and Antarctic. I would say that yet another nature documentary to remember by David Attenborough . Are you talking polar or Grylls? I haven't watched it remember, but Bear Grylls is my younger son's hero.

I am with Virgin, cable TV as we can't get a good reception otherwise, HD is more expensive and would put my package,( TV, broadband and telephone) up a lot,and my picture is great.........do you have HDTV Luke........ ....if so what's it like

I've missed them so far:( But will catch up soon on iplayer. How many episodes have been on so far? Boyfriend brought the box set of Attenboroughs 'Life Of Birds' back from a charity shop last year. Absolutely amazing and I've watched them over and over Got the lot for £2!
