It seems terrible to wish an infection on the Dumpling, but better that than the other.  Is his "undercarriage" hanging low at all, Marianne? So we need improvements by Tuesday .......... be good Lilek and take your meds - we are all too fond of you and your funny antics. You must look after yourself too, Marianne. |

Just home 15 minutes ago. The vet said that Lilek either has an infection and inflammation, or a tumour. If infection then it is more hopeful, he has given me some baytril and an anti-inflamatory to give the little tyke. If he responds in the next 3 days then it's a positive sign. If not then it's a tumour and the outlook is bleak. Trying to stay positive for my little guy. Bought him some baby food in case he's having trouble eating, just to make things easier for him. i hope its a infection the poor little thing ... ill keep dropping in to see how things are going ..... get well soon Lilek.... |

He's had his morning Baytril. He also polished off a sprig of millet.
Later on he will get his anti-inflammatory drug and some more baytril.

Very sorry to hear Lilek is unwell. I hope it is an infection too & clears up very quickly. Good to hear that Dumpling took a dump on you. I hope his poop was nice & healthy.  |
