These are my babies.


Little old Bertie who sadly died last week.


Tweedle. He had a brother, they were Tweedle dum and tweedle Dee but one died the day after we got them and we couldn't tell the difference, we called them the tweedle brothers.


Little Titch, my French moult guy


Basil or Larry. They are both very similar and I have to see them together to know which one is which. I think this is "lots o spots Larry" but I could be wrong.

And Phoebe, the little minx who pretended to be a male so she could be the only hen in the aviary.


You've seen echo but I couldn't leave him out.

I don't know what mutations they are except Phoebe who is a cinnamon and I think Echo is a spangle. They are all just cute little budgies to me.

Yes, Romeo is a sky blue recessive pied. The pure "Romeo" of the group I only recently got Daisy, and I thought about calling her Juliet, but Daisy suited better

Great pics Starlingqueen :-) Echo looks such bright colours. Little titch is cute :-) I had a french moulter called T.W (Teenyweeny)years ago who was a runt of the nestbox who also had got splayed legs when he was tiny. He was exactly the same colours as Little Titch :-) I have a french moulter now named Boz. Its amazing how they can still get around the aviary!
