Is Romeo a recessive pied? I just love recessive pieds :-) Yes, Romeo is a sky blue recessive pied. The pure "Romeo" of the group  I only recently got Daisy, and I thought about calling her Juliet, but Daisy suited better  Nicola I have 2 celestials called Romeo and Juliet lol :-) |

Great pics Starlingqueen :-) Echo looks such bright colours. Little titch is cute :-) I had a french moulter called T.W (Teenyweeny)years ago who was a runt of the nestbox who also had got splayed legs when he was tiny. He was exactly the same colours as Little Titch :-) I have a french moulter now named Boz. Its amazing how they can still get around the aviary! Echo is aa beautiful lime green almost luminous, I'd never seen a budgie that colour before him. The pole Titch is standing on in the picture leads to the food bowls. A modification we made for him when we realised he couldn't fly shortly after we rescued him, he scoots along to the bowls really fast. If he does fall to the floor he scurries along to the wire and he's back up in no time. Sicne I've had him his feathers have improved, he now has a tail and he can fly a bit. |

Cool :-) I have ladders for Boz. Sometimes he forgets he can't fly even after all this time and launches himself, only to crash land! Then he sheepishly climbs back up again hoping nobody noticed ;-)

Beautiful ! Amazing color . I have a lovely little yellow faced male with some some stripes coming on to his breast , I will post picture and maybe you can help me define his coloring. |
