They arn't fussy . The one with the bars could be male, but im leaning more to female. Wait for the experts .

No the fact that they are trying to have special cuddles with each other is not necessarily indicative - so I'm sorry to tell you that it just isn't going to be that easy, and even they seem to have trouble telling sometimes - or just don't care! Some budgies are - erm - highly hormonal. I need to really dig out an article to show you I have stored away somewhere, but basically if the individual bird is hormonal enough it will even attempt some inter-species cuddles with other birds they are caged with.
I really need better photos to be able to tell, and I know you probably had big trouble getting the ones you presented us with! When photographing mine up close I put the camera on a sports type mode where it takes multiple pictures all at once and I get a couple that are usually not too fuzzy with the light right as well.
