That's a weird & worrying looking bump there. I really hope your vet can fit you in. Fingers crossed.

it just suddenly popped up, it defernatly wasn't there last night. I don't know if she has banged it but I cant think what she could have done it on so doupt it. Her nostril on that side has been blocked reasontly, the new exotic vet thought it could be vit a problem so gave me new vit drops which she has been on.
Any opyions on the poop? im I worrying over the wet rings around them too much? the other budgies poop either have no ring or a little ring unlike her

Am sure they will fit you in as I think they normally will see urgent cases and I think as you say, you are then away, they definitely will.
Are the vitamins in the water? Just wondering if any way they can affect poop.
Good luck tomorrow

So many things can affect the poo, as you know, PP. I wouldn't like to try to guess what may be causing it, but by all means get her to the vet ........ did you find the offending lump? Certainly take the photos along to show the vet, if you do get in.

I was surprised she has an appointment for 12-20, normally his clinic finishes at 12 but he has a new partner working with him so I guess they have increased hours, also surprised he had one left.
She still won't eat, she seems to want to and will go over to her bowl and lean in and open her beak like she is about to eat but then changes her mind at the last minute. Going to mix her some egg food and see if that can't tempt her.
The only thing diffrent is I've started giving her a bowl of grit (I never use to) sensitively to wash the clippers when I trimmed her beak the other day. Can't remember if I washed them after I used them last myself.

Good luck to you and Ada. She is much too cute to be sick. Hopefully the vet will have the solution.

The vet opened the lump up and it had puss I side. Looked at it under the microscope, just puss and what looks like some food particles. So the theory is she has had a piece of food go up the wrong way (probably when she was sneezing old from a stomach ulser the other month) and it got stuck and that's why her nostril has been blocked as its been coated and become infected and its working its way out the side. He thinks he has got alot out so doesn't want to flush it due to her size as it would be realy hard to do. She has a week of antibiotics (hopefully her Candida treatment worked) then back to see him. After she had a bit of food from her bowl!just a tiny bit but that's better then me feeding her.
