Phoebe, this is my first time on this site and I was so sorry to learn about your memory problems. Like you, I am intelligent and well educated with problematic memory difficulties. Mine are due to lifelong severe depression and its treatments, and effect only my long term memory. Unfortunately, it prevents me from practising my profession. What I can remember is associated with emotions of various sorts such as the shame that is so common in depression, fear i would never get better etc. (Luckily I am well now, and apparently am likely to remain so.) Everyone has given you really good advice but I'd like to add that coupling learning with an emotional experience such as listening to moving music often helps. Try anything you really enjoy- sitting out in the sun, being with your darlings or whatever. It works for me.

Phoebe, this is the second time I have written this but I think the first time I sent it to the wrong spot. My excuse is that I'm new to this forum. Just want to say that I, too, suffer from memory problems only mine are due to life-long severe depression and its treatments. Luckily I'm better now, and likely to remain so. What has helped me is to couple my learning with positive emotional experiences such as music or sitting with my darlings. Just caring for anything alive, even a fish, is reputed to be good for the soul (and therefore the memory). Hope this helps.

A picture of the chick in question would help that's the pict there bb what do u think A Lutino hen paired with a Grey Green cock, not split for anything, should produce 50% Grey Greens and 50% Greens, where males would be split for Ino. But as you already had Lutinos from this pair, it means that your cock is split for Ino. As for the Goldenface, both hen and cock can be split for it. Or at least one would be split for Goldenface and the other for Yellowface. As for the Ino with Green chest, it must be Fluorescence. Lastly, the chick is question appears to be a Yellowface Spangle. Keeping in mind that it is not possible for any Normal looking bird to be split for the Spangle, I would need to see the cock’s picture. The bird you are referring to as Grey Green, must be a Spangle Grey Green.
