sounds like your on to a winner brian, are these pet type budgies or exhibtion ? just pet type Kw,I had some beauties last year They are still beautiful brian and with eggs!!

Thanks Sue, Well I have 21 eggs now spread over 6 pair, but will they be fertile, I have seen some "at it" and it's comical as it's when I am hoovering up,it must be the noise, that triggers them off........ ;D

I like both types of budgies.i like the fluffy exhibition type but i know they seem to have more problems than the little pet type.i also like the pet type because they look small and cute,but i do think when i see them in pet shops they are getting too small and i always worry that keep using little tiny budgies they will have problems when breeding.i try and find the biggest type of pet budgies if i go searching to buy.next year though i will be breeding a couple of pairs of exhibition and a couple of pet type.sorry to go on about it but i suppose i like both as long as i see babies ( brian)and the budgies are ok i am happy. I like this post Its what i say to my husband as he has just turned 71 and he says he is old,but with me keep reminding him to think positive and to kep mentally active it keeps him feeling young and positive with life. Nice thoughts only brian and you will keep young hearted. sue

Sue The bush budgies are a lot smaller, Sue. They don't seem to have a problem.
