I'm sending this from my iPhone because I can't seem to Login from my laptop, everytime I try to REPLY to someone's thread, it comes up with a box asking me to LOGIN, when I click the login button it then says "Diagnosis Connection Problems" the same happened yesterday, but the laptop is working fine and I seem to be able to access any other website except the Budgerigar forum, is anyone else getting problems, or can someone give me a solution to mine.

Hmm.. Not sure what to suggest. Do you have an ability to update your phone browser? I don't have an iphone so do not know much about the software.

It's my laptop I can't login from Marianne, that's why I'm having to use my iPhone. I can't reply to or post any messages, and when I hit the LOGIN button on the forum page it says Diagnosis Connection Problems.

I had a google and sometimes this happens with internet explorer. If you cannot update internet explorer (or the problem persists), I would suggest downloading firefox.

I'v eonly just got round to reading this post properly. It sounds as though you are using Windows Operating system. You may have something in the cache for Internet Explorer if that is what you are using. Try deleting the browsing history for Explorer. You will of course need to log in to everywhere you do log in to. That should do the trick I think.

Thanks OP for trying to help I really appreciate it. It is window Internet Explorer I am using and the laptop is working fine for every other website I have visited except the forum using IE, I have deleted the browsing history and that didn't help. I then tried to get the forum using Google Chrome and it worked without any problem, allowing me to login. Afraid I'm not very computer literate.

I'm a bit out of touch these days with Windows. If I have a problem like you are having it is easily fixed with Linux. At least you can still get your daily fix of the forum.
