I would like to think that Teddy has found Fern, and they are flying and playing together as happy as they were when with you, Skysmum.

So sad to hear this news, skysmum, but as others have said Teddy had a wonderful life with you and I hope you can take comfort from knowing that he both experienced and gave a huge amount of joy.

but I remember St. Francis en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Francis_of_AssisiFrancis preached the teaching....... that the world was created good and beautiful by God ............ He preached to man and beast the universal ability and duty of all creatures to praise God (a common theme in the Psalms) and the duty of men to protect and enjoy nature as both the stewards of God's creation and as creatures ourselves......Francis .... the Patron of Ecology.[37] Many of the stories that surround the life of St. Francis say that he had a great love for animals and the environment.[35] This makes me think that we will see our beloved pets again one day....flying free (if they're birds!). x
