Its been 10 days of settling in and getting used to life in our house so yesterday was Isla's first session on learning to step up, she did pretty good for someone so scatty . View My Video

Shame on you skysmum - where was the reward?? Surely this was worth a bobble of millet? Lovely video, she (and you) have done really well in such a short space of time. Im hard, i make them work for nothing , not really, she does get it but i couldn't step up,film and give millet at the same time

Thankfully she landed on her feet when she came to you I think most breeders ring them between 5-10 days old so given that she is just under 4 months, she has no iris rings at the moment, she has been like it for 12 to 14 weeks, the ring had grown into the leg, some of the skin over it. You would think they would check it was circular and free moving at least wouldn't you . Hey ho its all good now .
