Oh dear. This is what I thought might happen. They have a way of getting to your heart. Take a deep sigh and think what a wonderful thing you have done. Also think of the family he is joining and the pleasure that he will give them.

I am so pleased with this outcome, he will have a lovely new home and some company. He must have been a very sad little chap prior to you rescuing him. You were so kind to have him and find him a new home. Gold star for you.

Thank you. Unfortunately the rehoming wasn't a success and he was very aggressive towards his new owners so Criswell is now back with me and he will stay with me now he's decided that's what he wants. He's a lovely little guy and I'm happy for him to stay with me. I was just trying to get him the best home possible since I've never had birds before. Now he's decided to stay I'll start learning all I can to help him be a happy little bird.

I'm so glad Criswell lives with us. It's only been a few weeks but he's so lovely I wouldn't want to be without him now. I spent all today listening to music and singing with him rather than getting my work done.

Criswell looked so sweet in your photo. I'm so pleased for you both that he's settled in so well and really clicked with you. You love him and it sounds like the feeling is mutual. He's a lucky boy having you come into his life. Having budgie(s) really enriches ones life. Xx

He certainly knew what he wanted, that little bird. So happy he has settled in and is now part of the family. He is a lucky little fellow.
