what to do with all that turkey and veg left overs from christmas day this is what i do not just at christmas but with any left over food from a sunday roast (1) chop all meat and veg to bite size pieces (2) places in to a oven proof dish (3) whisk 6-8 eggs 1/2 pint of milk add pinch of salt and pepper (4) add any herbs and spices of your taste to egg mixture (5) poor over meat and veg make sure it cover the meat and veg (6) place in oven at 150c cook till set (7) remove from oven and grate cheese over top and return to oven till malted (8) serve hot or cold with mash of what you like i like this with chips

Wouldn't it be easy to reheat and use next day, or share with neighbors, just a thought
