can you tell me please, if these nest boxes are suitable in an aviary. I'm not a show breeder.

There are no nest boxes suitable for an aviary. Budgies should not be colony bred, it causes so many problems. If you want to breed, pairs should be caged separately.

I have to agree with the above post absolutely, but regardless of that, I don't think they are suitable budgie nest-boxes. They do not look deep enough to me (chicks could climb out before ready), and all budgie nest-boxes I have seen have only a hole big enough for mum to come and go, more like the one in the bottom left of the photo. These seem too open to me.

The row of nest boxes are for sparrows who like to breed as a community.
