hi all new here ,and new to birds i must say ,well starting up a new aviarie with budgies a pair ,here is a pic of what i am starting with any comments on this will be most welcome

Some dimensions to show size would be good, but give them as much room as you can; budgies need to fly to stay healthy, really. To me, what I'm looking at looks more cage-size than aviary, or is that only part of it?

the size of the cage in side is 3foot high by 2 foot wide and the depth is 1 foot the one out side is a full 1 sq meter

I would double mesh it if it were me johndd. Keep the buds a bit safer.

It's hard to see the inside cage but from what I see I will give my opinion. The inside is too dark, any bird would spend it's time in the outside area which is not big enough. Also the chicken wire worries me. Foxes, stoats, weasles and other wild carnivores can chew through it and it is galvanised, therefore not safe for birds because of the chance of heavy metal poisoning. I can see what you are trying to do and it's a good idea in principle but it needs more work.

it dose look dark in there but it is my phone crap to be true ,and i was thinking on double mesh on it for making it a bit more safer ,and how would do more work on it
