Your bird is either a fallow or a lacewing. To confirm which I need a picture of his rump. I breed both mutations but some birds are hard to identify. Fallows are a rare red eyed mutation that have brown wing markings and very pale body colour that usually is darker on the lower body and rump. Lacewings are also fairly rare and look very similar with red eyes but have no body colour (except white or yellow).
Cock birds of both mutations will have a pink cere not blue like other mutations. It is definitely a cock bird.
If you look in my gallery on this forum you will see several examples of both mutations.

If Nev says it's "definitely a cock" you can be sure that your bird is a cock. Even looks like a cock to me.

The hen is opaline spangle violet.
Fallow is a recessive gene. So if the cock bird is fallow you will only get fallow chicks if the hen also carries the gene which is probably not very likely.
Lacewing is a sex-linked gene so if the cock is lacewing all the female chicks will be lacewing.
