Her green looks a bit blue-ish, not towards the olive shades.
And another question... what colours would be the offsprings of her and a normal DF violet male with white face?

She is a cinnamon light green.
To predict the colours of the chicks we need to know what hidden genes the birds are carrying.
Mated to a DF Violet cobalt the chicks would all be SF violet light green or SF violet dark green if neither bird is split for anything. If you get any other colours it will be because of the hidden mutations the birds are carrying.

Sprite-like colour!
