Sorry if this is repetitive question
The male already broke two eggs, by throwing them out from the nest box, or maybe it happened by accident, because he sings a lot when he goes inside and moves a lot too, it looks they mate inside the nest box
Shall I separate them in two different cages, and leave the female alone in one cage with the nest box. I feel sorry for her that she lost two eggs, she lays one trying to protect it then the bad male goes inside the second day and throws it away ! she looks sad, she thought I am the one who broke the egg because I opened the box and checked if the rest egg was broken too.

That's a hard one; there is no point in the hen laying eggs if they are not fertile. Are you trying to breed, or has this been something that has just happened? If you don't want a clutch, take out the nest box; if you do wish to breed you might have to consider getting another male, or you could try allowing them together in another cage and then separating them when the time to lay the egg is due ... if you can determine that. My hen always laid in the evening; you might be able to find a pattern with your own.

Thank you Hezz, you always answers me. I don't want to breed, I bought a partner for my Rino (a female budgie) just to let her be happy. Then when she looked so fat and could not fly I put a nest box to let her lays the eggs inside her to be able to fly. But I feel so sad for her when the male breaks them. So you don't think that the nest box is a solution? does she lay eggs just because it is there? I worry about her health, that she is consuming calcium. I put vitamins in the water, and bought her rich food, I stopped the diet one since she is laying eggs now.

Take out the nest box, and give her extra calcium to make up for the drain that the eggs will have made. Mix things up for her to break up her laying cycle. Don't become complacent about the eggs and what that can do to her, long-term. I have learnt the hard way not to believe that the hen would be alright, after being given very bad advice by so-called experts. My little chronic-egglayer now has trouble with her hips. She is like a bird who had splayed legs as a chick.

Are you sure he's a male? Males don't usually break eggs it normally other hens who do it or the female who laid them. If it is a male and she manages to hatch an egg them you will need the father to feed her so removing the male really isn't ideal. I would do as Hezz has said and remove the nest box.

He is a 100% male and so attached to her, he goes inside and sing to her and looks he is cleaning the box from the bedding with his legs so he is throwing everything out and break the eggs

She wouldn't feel sad to remove the nest box?, there's still one egg inside, she defends it, when I stand up she runs to the box and bites me if I get closer. The male all the time with her. He thinks it is a game

Can we see a picture of the male because the cleaning behaviour sounds like a typical hen.

He certainly is a handsome young man as you said. Can I just make a suggestion? You remove the millet from the cage as they shouldn't have so much. If they have millet all the time they don't eat other food and become deficient in nutrients.Budgies love millet and will only eat that if they can. It would be like you only eating one type of food, we all need a variety to get a balanced diet. Just a small amount now and then is enough. There is millet in their seed mix too. Give them fresh vegetables as well as boiled egg or egg food especially as the hen is laying eggs.

Here two picture of him just 2 min ago, his cere is shiny blue but he imitates Rino whatever she does I wonder if his imitating is what is causing the problem? She would most likely be doing this scratching to rearrange the bedding, but would be much more careful with the egg. I am guessing, here. How old is he? Is he possibly too immature to know what he should be doing? With one egg still intact (I didn't realise you did still have one egg unbroken), I guess you have to take your chances and hope that he doesn't break that one as well. If he is too young, he may not be much good as a provider if the egg does hatch. If he does break this last egg, I would immediately remove the box and let them just be. Mix up the cage contents, shorten their days, change their routine - all this can help break your hen out of her egg laying cycle.

Babiano (the male) is 8 months old and Rino the female year and half, he was baby when I brought him and got so attached to Rino, he imitates her with everything.
Yesterday I took away the nest box and saved the egg as souvenir that this is Rino's first egg. Rino got literally mad, walking on the walls , screaming, flying to me and biting me...It was obvious she wanted the nest box.
I returned it back but with big pillow of coconut strings she arranged them and laid another egg in less than 30 min. So now again we have two eggs. I hope this is the last one , budgie female lays 4 eggs usually, right? Babiano still going inside and moving, but I think the coconut string will protect the eggs from flying outside and be broken. He is so cute how he tries to help in arranging the nest. He feeds Rino too, cleaning her feathers more than before... So lovely Does budgie males usually build the nest with the females?
So here my advice : Use coconut strings as bedding because it will protect the eggs more if you have nosey male as my Babiano

He is far too young to know what to do with a family. A big pity about the second egg, and no, four is not a magic number; budgies can lay up to eight/nine in a clutch.
If these eggs get broken, you are going to have to apply a bit of tough love and remove the nest box regardless of the reaction. the hen is just going to keep on laying, otherwise.
Also, the eggs may not even be fertile.
