To me the budgie looks like an opaline yellowface sky blue hen.
But it's hard to tell the difference between cobalt and sky blue when you use a flash.
Do you have one in natural light and one of the back of your budgie?

Do you have one in natural light and one of the back of your budgie? I have a photo taken on the 30 July 2017 during daylight. Hen... thought it may be a male as its very noisy and the cere is a light blue. I am all for your suggestions though as admitting, I know nothing about budgies as yet and wish to learn more. How old would you think it is from this new image taken on the 30 July 2017. You see I miss some details as we actually rescued this bird as it slammed straight into the facade of my house.

I'd say she is a yellow-faced opaline cobalt hen, although as M has said, hard to distinguish the two blues sometimes. Once an adult there is not way to guage an age.

Hens can be noisy too! Well done on taking her in. Yes I'd say yellow face cobalt opaline too going on the latest photo.

Thanks for the guidance I will seek the guide of an Avian Vet to see into the age and health status of this bird. What I would like to ask is what type of mate should we go for as we like to breed her to have some nice coloured chicks

It's unlikely that an avian vet will know the age of your bird. When a budgie gets past a year old, you really cannot tell the age.
You have admitted that you know nothing about budgies and some knowledge is preferable if your budgies are going to breed. To provide them with the right atmosphere, food, bedding etc.
Also if she is older than 3 years then it's not a good idea to breed and like I said your vet will be unlikely to know her age.

Thanks for the info. I think that she is just a year old as when we found her in our back year this July she was much younger and smaller in size that now At least that is what I am trying to figure out.
